I used to have Twisting Whirlwind Blade and Mindrend but deleted them a loooooong time ago... in favor of Fabled Seashell (with rune aug) and FOSoW and BBoB with enraging blow aug (I don't know why BBoB was doing better than TWB or Mindrend but groupmates at the time reported it did, and I was out of bank space). Yes, yes I know zOMG!!!!111... Let's move forward :)

So anyways, I am using Hunter's Trap (not an aggro wep) and FOSoW (not an aggro wep) with enraging blow augs. I still have BBoB for use with Rage aa. I've kept aggro decently well just with those weps, bazu on incoming, blast of anger 3 (with all hastened ranks) and UF bp clicky and poisons.

But I've been grouping with some higher end monks/necros/wizards and they're constantly stealing aggro from me. It's getting rather annoying... although I am getting good use out of my /shield ability.

So I figured it's time to upgrade again. I'm looking for 2 semi-easily attainable aggro weps and I've been trying (and failing) to get Chitinous Mask to drop from Arthicrex... I really do have the worst luck on drops. I'm still using a 15 avoidance mask from Frostcrypt raid I need to upgrade, and when I upgraded from raid BP to UF BP I lost my hate focus.

I have my eye on Rockbleeder because it drops off trash in Underquarry I can handle by boxing a cleric and using cleric and wizard J5 mercs. Occasionally I'll get help from general chat or guildies when they're on. However, I'm not getting any luck with drops and was wondering if there was anything else I could aim for (tried the charger's sword from gnolls in BR but haven't seen ANY named spawn in gnoll camp since UF went live).

I would try to get Sword of Brell's Ire but I tried doing those Boomerang missions with some people and I suck at it so horribly.. They changed the proc on Rockbleeder from the pure hate that is in Yoda's calculator to now 280 hate + 250dd.

As far as I can see, they are close, but the ratio on the Rockbleeder (2.71) is better than Mindrend (2.30) - but Rockbleeder having 10 magic damage instead of Mindrend's 10 corruption, however the ratio even without the magic damage on Rockbleeder is almost the same as Mindrend's including corruption.

I presume aggro is calculated using the full elemental damage potential, is that correct? I am a recently returning group warr at lvl 76 now so I recall these are decent for me for a while till I can start any sort of progression. Haven't really much plat but these might be possible to acquire or buy while they are dropping.

Currently still using orcish/barb axes from DoN.

Not really a fan of MM's I haven't tried OMM as yet.

Can anyone recommend the better of the revamp weapons I should be focusing on? Probably a severe memory test for you folk!

Obviously if I'm on the wrong track, alternative advice appreciated.

EQ seemed to be out of sync after this morning's patch: all of my discs lasted shorter than usual. Final Stand lasts for 2:40 instead of 3:00~3:06. Bracing Defense has a disc lockout timer for a few ticks after it fades, before the patch I could click it as soon as it does.

My computer has an Intel C2D, but it never gave me this sort of trouble before this patch. I've noticed also how everything seemed to move faster than it used to be pre-patch.

So I read how the taunt work so I was taunting followed by Bellow, and that did not seem to take agro off anyone. I was looking and no taunt was not failing when this happened. I was thinking it may be my weapons since they don't have a proc effect or anything.
